By Operating Cash Flow do you mean simply Cash from Operations from the cash flow statement? Or EBIT or EBITDA or NOPAT...

I mean Cash from Operations from the cash flow statement. Generally Operating cash flow, Cash from Operations or Cash flows from operating activities are used interchangeably. Most cash flow Statements call it Cash flows from operating activities.

Hello HM, I am a little confused. I thought that growth capex =capex - D&A. Here you use D&A as a proxy for growth capex. Could you explain a little more?

You're absolutely right, I worded that very poorly/wrong! D&A represents a proxy for maintenance capex and is subtracted to arrive at growth Capex. I'll edit this post asap. Thank you.
